Great condition. Very powerful saw. The 12" blade will allow you to make bigger cuts than the usual 10". It is dual bevel witch can make cuts up to 47 degrees both ways. It is also made for both left-handed and right-handed users. The gliding technology allows you to use it in tighter spaces since there no need for room behind it to allow for sliding. Comes with a stand if needed for convenience.
