I regret to say that I can only give him one star in my review. Unfortunately, I was unable to rent his equipment due to my first experience with Fat Llama, which included a lengthy ID verification process. This delay caused me to run out of time and forced me to cancel the rental. Despite apologizing and explaining the situation, he only responded with a simple "okay" but still charged me without providing a refund, even after I requested one. Additionally, I encountered difficulties canceling the appointment after he confirmed it. Each time I attempted to click the "cancel this rental" link, it directed me to customer support, who advised me to request a refund from him directly. Interestingly, this issue didn't arise for my friend. I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused, but I certainly didn't expect these challenges during my first time using Fat Llama. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed with this owner's handling of the situation.

Lens and mic exactly as pictured. Graham was great too, responded really quickly and was super helpful and patient as I'd never used the website before. Definitely recommend
