Candy floss machine was in excellent condition and working perfectly. Good communication with flexibility around collection times. Kindly arranged delivery at last minute (£10). Would recommend.

Cotton Candy machine worked fine, just some inconveniences that made me regret hiring from Juel this time. First the fact that there was no sugar or sticks available, so I had to sort that out myself very last minute. Second and most annoyingly, that I asked if the machine could be delivered to my place, the reply was "yes, make the payment and I will be there in an hour". I made the payment, but instead of been delivered, I was asked to pay for the uber both ways to be delivered because their car wasn't working that day. Surely this should've been covered by the owner or at least communicated before hand? I had to arrange a pick up from a family for the way in and pay Juel via PayPal for the uber back. Lastly, one thing is to ask for the machine to be returned "reasonably cleaned" and the other is to be so specific as to "bath cleaning it" that just puts me off once again going through all that hassle after paying over £60 for less than 24 hours use.
