Joe was a great help and resonded to all messages without delay. Bike rack works perfectly. Would definitely rent from Joe again.

Joe was super helpful and my bike survived the trip to and from Mallorca without any problem. The box is old and basic, so you needs a fair bit of time to workout how to pack it. The catches don't lock and a couple were open by the time it got back to Bristol. But this is all reflected in the good price.
