Communication quite laggy such that I had to wait 30-60mins at the meeting point to pick up or return despite we agreed the time. Also the advert location is London SW1 but ended up at E14.

Excellent service with wide range of products...

Both pick up and collection late. Device as advertised (US Spec), but required a charge.  Managed to get a flat, not sure how, as it ran on dedicated paths, but the objective was achieved: To try it out.

Good points - Great scooter, nearly new. 
Bad Points - When I collected it, it had less than 40% charge! And ran out after 1.5 mile of 5 mile journey. Ended up walking and catching a tube! When arranged to meet the lender he was 20 minutes late.

Very quick response. Available immediately. However scooter only had 50% battery! Also got a flat tyre but lender was very understanding. Overall very good!

I rented the zoom stryder, xiaomi  m365 and the ninebot es4. The zoom stryder was quick and compact which makes is user friendly for traveling on the tube. The ninebot was the fastest both in acceleration and top speed. But was very heavy for the tube and not so compact. The xiaomi m365 was my favourite by far. It's the slowest. However it's so nimble and agile. And you feel much more confident riding it thanks to its physical brake rather than the electrical brakes on the others. Its not as compact folded and doesn't have suspension like the others but the larger wheels eat up cracks and bumpy roads and the build quality feels more premium to the zoom. Thank you so much Chiming. I will be back to rent the xiaomi m365 and the ninebot es2 again soon. Great renter.

I have got scooter and brakes didin’t work properly, also there was no full battery and a guy told me that he hasn’t got time to charge. Not very happy.

I had to clean the camera sensor, charge the flat batteries and format the SD card (which was actually an adapted microSD card instead of an SD card). Apart from these hiccups everything was okay.
