Great experience overall. I have rented a variety of camping equipment from Paul (sleeping bag/mat/inflatable mat and a tent) (for a cycling and camping weekend) Paul has been responsive throughout and even advised a beginner like me on how to use the gear (assemble the tent, etc..).
